ESA/ESOC Climbing Club

The club will organise several climbing lessons for beginners at one of the local climbing walls with professional instructors during this season. The intention is to have the lessons on evenings after work, which teaches the essentials on belaying, safe rope handling skills and supervises the climbing. The lessons will provide all the required equipment to go climbing, so having your own equipment is not a pre-requisite.

The lesson will be free of charge for members who have paid the 2006 subscription to the ESOC Climbing Club. Those who wish to attend the lesson but want to delay their decision on whether to join the club are of course most welcome to attend but will be asked to pay for their part of the lesson fee.
